Mel Medarda returns to Noxus. This story covers her rise to power among the Noxian elite, as her struggle with morality, compassion, and mercy in a society that has no respect for these things. WCtW is a character study, focusing largely on Mel's relationship to power, family, and her identity.

Jayce comes bacck from the bad timeline wrong. They only begin to realize after the Battle agains the Herald.

Jayce moves back to Piltover. Mel finds herself engaged in a war of hearts. It becomes messier the more and Jayce become entrenched in each other's orbit. Inconvinient, considering she's engaged.

Jayce reappears in Piltover, having defended tomorrow. With the Herald vanquished, and Ambessa finally gone back to Noxus, he is left to rebuild the city with Ekko working at his side.
